Aeroplanes are often pressurized manually to withstand the high pressure that it face in higher altitudes while it travels up in the sky . If it is not pressurized, then it would get squeezed up by the atmospheric pressure.

Astronaut wear spacesuits because our body has its own pressure, and in space , there is vacuum that would result in the bursting of our veins of the body. Spacesuits are used to withstand that pressure.
