BeF2 shape is linear I. E angle is 180 degrees
So, the both dipole moments are equal in magnitude but in opposite direction...
So net dipole moment is zero...
As Fluorine have partial negative charge and boron have partial postive charge...
Dipole moment is from partial positive to partial negative charge.....
