We know that the dipole moment is having the direction as we know from the Valence shell electron pair repulsion theory BeH₂ is having a linear shape.
So,one Be-H bond having a dipole moment in the right direction and other bond having a dipole moment in left direction with equal magnitude.So,both are getting cancel to each other and the resultant dipole moment becomes zero.
