Explain why bells are made up of metals or their alloys but not of wood ?

✨Bells Are Made up of Metals or their Alloys because of the reason that they Are SONOROUS. This means , when they are hit hard , they produce ringing sounds.

✨If we see the case of wood , it has no such properties. Therefore it can't be used for the purpose.

Generally metals are sonorous,except sift metals and non - metals. So bells are made up of metals.
