explain why benzyl chloride is more reactive than chlorobenzene towards nucleophilic substitution reaction​

because if halogen is connected to the carbon atom than it does not have right to substitute the ions for the respective element and hence in the chlorobenzene (cl) is connected in the upper phase of the benzene structure hence its is less reactive unlike benzyl chloride
