Child labour and access to education is a serious concern in a number of the countries in which DCI works. DCI believes that any initiatives to end child labour must address its root causes, such as poverty, and must emphasize the right to education.
Child labour is not just wrong In India but in any every civilised nation of the world. A child is considered to be a person who is not capable of using his mind fully and hence might take wrong steps and decisions while working, which is dangerous for him as well as the place he is working.

At the same time, Childhood is not an age to work but to study and acquire knowledge and wisdom. For which the Constitution in Article 21A provides a Right to Education to all children of age 6 to 14.
