the chloroplasts are found only in the plant cell because chloroplast are the green pigment so that's why the plants are mostly green ...and chloroplasts has a pigment which release chlorophyll by which plant prepare its food in the presence of chlorophyll and sunlight so the chloroplast are found only in the plant cells and due to chloroplast the plant cells are being shown green
