Explain why cooking is difficult on mountains physics 1

In high altitudes, the pressure of the atmospheric air decreases so, water needs more heat to boil as compared to the normal pressure. As a result the things which should be cooked take longer time to be boiled up. So, it is difficult to cook in high mountains.
