Explain why democracy is much more than just a form of government? Please give me the answer fast....plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

because democratic form of government is the only form of government where people's choice is valuable...
As in democratic form of government elections are held regularly and people have equal rights in all sorts of sector like education , job , etc

but in other forms of democracy like dictatorship the leader takes the decision for his own profit and without any majority
