Explain why dielectric constant of a medium decreases with increase in temperature​

the dielectric constant begins to drop at a certain frequency. The dipole molecules cannot orient themselves in the lower temperature region. However, owing to thermal expansion, the ration of the number of molecules to effective length of dielectric decreases when the temperature increases.
