heymate!! here is ur answer...

out of flourine and chlorine , flourine is more electronegative in nature because the size of flourine is smaller than chlorine that's why HF has greater dipole moment than HCl .

HF has maximum dipole moment. Because fluorine is highly electronegative and forms a strong bond with positive H atom . Whereas iodine is much less electronegative than F and forms weak bonds with positive H atom and thus is lowest in the group.
