explain why distilled water do not conduct electricity but tap water conduct some electricity​

Answer:

Tap water contains dissolved salts in it. These salts dissociates into ions when electricity passed through it which are responsible for the electricity conductivity of tap water. But distilled water does not contain any dissolved salts, so it does not conduct electricity.

disstilled water does not contain salt but the tap water contain more amount of salt the salt is a good conductor of electricity and heat so top water conduct electricity whereas distilled water does not conduct electricity
