Explain why distilled water does not conduct electricity but tap water conducts some electricity?

➡Because Distilled water doesn't contain any salt that is electrolyte so it doesn't help in the motion of ions carrying charge with it thus , can't conduct electricity.

➡Also , Tap water contains some salt that is electrolytes that's why it conduct !
