Mutlicellular oragnism need a transportation system for oxygen and water bescause there body is complex and transport oxygen and other minerals cannot be done by osmosis or transport of oxygen by high pressure to low pressure.

Therefore , there is a need of transport system of oxygen and other mineral in multicellular organism

Large multicellular organisms cannot rely on diffusion alone to supply their cells with substances such as food and oxygen and to remove waste products. Large multicellular organisms require specialised transport systems.
