▫️Vinegar shows acidic property is useful in in preservation purpose of pickles , sauce or any other food material that has to be stored for long term.

▫️ Now due to this property vinegar has a capacity to kill for retired the growth of ingrowing microorganisms that can be e from any unicellular bacteria to venomous viruses that may harm the food and please it's quality.

▫️Apart from acting as a preservative its sometime also enhances the flavour of the food material although it can be considered as the good material to prevent spoilage of items.

▫️Apart from this vinegar also plays an important role in starting the pickling process.
