Gases, liquids and solids all are made up of atom or molecules
The difference is the intermolecular space
Solids have very little space and thus large attractive force between the molecules
Liquids have less intermolecular force
And gases have even less
Thus the molecules of gases are nearly free and cover the hole container..

because the force of attraction present in i solids and liquids is more than gas thats why
it can expand more also because of intermolucular space
it can expand more also because of intermolucular space
