explain why gases expand more than solids or liquids do??

have you studied that in your 6 or 7 class that solid molecule are packed with each other very tightly and liquid have some gap between each molecule and gases are very freely molecule that can easily settle anywhere and can change its shape easily ..,
that's why the gases are expand more than solid and liquid ..
