Holes are made in hanging banners and hoardings so that air cross the banner without any lose to banner. if these holes are not used in banners and hoardings then due to the pessure of air the banner will fall down.

Because to allow air to pass through them as a result of which there will be less pressure of air on the banners for Holdings unless it is done this may be uprooted or destroyed due to the presence of the air.
