The holes made in banners and handling because the wind pressure can tear the material so the wind force will occur here that's why the holes are made into it so that the wind can pass through it easily

Holes are made in hanging banners and hoardings to allow air to pass through them as a result of which there will be less pressure of air on the banners for hoardings unless it is done this may be uprooted or destroyed due to the pressure of the air.
