for example: let the the force applied by ur body be 5 N . Pressure=force /area

P =5/10 units =1/2 pascle (let surface area be 10 units )

In second case (heels) (let us decrease the surface area as the surface area of heels is less than surface area of flat shoe)

P=5/5 units = 1 pascle

so 1 pascle >1/2pascle

hence pressure applied by flat shoe is less than heels so it is easier to walk with flat shoe.
