Yes, tennis ball can be easier to stop. Though they have same velocity, but the mass of cricket ball is more compared to the tennis ball. Therefore, it is easier to stop tennis ball at the same speed as the force required to stop a moving body is directly proportional to its velocity.

Answer:

The mass of a moving tennis ball is less than that of a cricket ball moving at the same velocity. Thus the tennis ball has less momentum than the cricket ball, because of which it is easier to stop a tennis ball than a cricket ball moving with the same velocity.
