Explain why it is easy to move an object which is in motion than that which is in rest?

Hey frnd.

It is becoz when an object is in motion it means that already an unbalanced force is applied and the object cause it's moving.. So if u need to apply only a small amount of force to the object to move..

But is the object is in rest then u hv to apply the double of the force that u applied to the object in motion..
