Hey !!

Mn shows its highest oxidation state in Mn₂O₇ and highest oxidation state with fluorine in MnF₄. Highest oxidation states are seen with oxygen because oxygen has the ability to form multiple bonds with the metal atom while fluorine does not form multiple bonds.
