Naphthalene balls undergo the process of sublimation which means that it goes from solid to gas without passing the liquid state. When naphthalene balls are kept in warm clothes, it absorbs the heat from it to undergo sublimation and over a period of time it changes from solid to gas, leaving no trace of the previous substance.
Camphor also undergoes the process of sublimation.
