The denaturing of the proteins results in the death of the cells. Once the cells die, they cannot divide and replicate. Hence growth occurs. This death of cells by high temperatures of the boiling water makes the seed not grow and consequently not to sprout.

when the seeds are boiled, these enzymes or proteins are killed. thus,boiling the seeds tends to damage the cell organelles and another nutrients which are essential for germination this is the reason that makes boiled seeds are not sprout.
