Explain why solids have fixed shape but liquid gas dose not what are fluids

Because solids have no intermolecular space they are tightly packed so they have fixed shape. Liquids have much intermolecular space and Gases have large intermolecular space so they have no fixed shape. Fluids are mixture of liquids and gases.
