Solids have fixed shape but liquids and gases does have fixed shape because of the the intermolecular space between them. In solids the intermolecular space is very less due to this they are closely packed and cannot move.

Liquid and gases have large intermolecular space as compared to solids. They are not tightly packed therefore the particles can move freely to adjust themselves in the shape of container.
