We are asked to explain how come people can keep fit by just walking yet others need lots of running around. The explanation of this sentence will be done as under:

  • There are a few reasons for this can happen. Some of these reasons are stated.
  • The first reason can be Genetics. We all have different degrees of muscle growth so we all require different types of exercises. Because when this limit is reached we can't build more muscles.
  • The second reason is Metabolism or hormones. This help to regulate our body functions. So if your body has a very high metabolism rate then your body will feel it difficult to absorb the nutrients and you will look and remain thin no matter how much you exercise.
  • The third factor is our age. When we are younger our body absorbs what we eat easier when we exercise even a little bit but with stress and workload as we grow older we are required to exercise more.
  • The fourth main reason is everybody is built differently. Our body will react to the same thing in two different ways because our body itself is different.
  • So we all need to work out our own exercise chart and try to maintain our health.
