The more oxygen atom that are bonded with the oxoacids the electrons will be pulled away from the O−H bond, and the more this bond will be weakend. Thus HClO4 requires the least energy to break the O−H bond and from H+. Hence, HClO4 is the strongest acid, and the order of stability is HClO<HClO2<HClO3<HClO4.
