Explain why steam at 100°C is more effective for heating purposes than boiling water at 100°C?With explanation...​

Suppose u have water at 100°C... Now, this water at 100°C will have some energy of its own...

And now u want to convert that water into stream... For converting this water to steam, u will have to supply more heat energy... This heat energy will be absorbed by water to convert into steam (But temperature will remain 100°C only)...

So eventually, steam will have more heat energy than water... And thus, steam is more effective for heating purpose...
