because here the noble man is very cunning and very greedy but the peasent is very innocent and can be flatter easily

spider uff are know for their ugly looks and everyone hate it so as the nobleman at that time he was cunning and was very cruely , he was not pity of the poors .where as the peasant was poor shaggy just like the fly who depends on others
