Explain why the dissociation of PCl5 decreases in the presence of Cl2 ?

due to addition of cl2 in solution the concentration of Cl2 increses in product side.. so to maintain equilibrium the reaction proceeds in backward direction for sometime till equilibrium position again reached.Aakash EduTech Pvt.
