When a body is moving in a circular path, at every instant of its motion the velocity vector (which is tangential to the circular path ) changes.
This depicts that velocity at every moment is not same. Moreover acceleration is defined as the rate change if velocity and thus we can conclude that the motion of a body in circular path with constant speed is accelerated.
