DURING THE SUMMER THE MONSOON WINDS BLOW FROM SEA TOWARDS LAND D AND DURING WINTER FROM LAND TOWARD SEAS. TRADITIONALLY THESE WIND WERE EXPLAINED AS LAND AND SEA BREEZES ON THE LARGE SCALE.
