Motion -
motion is the change in position of an object with respect to its surroundings in a given interval of time. Motion is mathematically described in terms of displacement, distance, velocity, acceleration, and speed.
An object's motion cannot change unless it is acted upon by a force.

ANSWER
Now, let the body is moving in a circular motion with a constant speed. When the body is moving in a circular motion, it's direction changes continuously. Since, the velocity is vector quantity and changes with the change in the direction, so velocity also change continuously.
Acceleration is the change in velocity per unit time. Since, the velocity is continuously changing, so we can say that body in a circular motion is accelerated.
