The motion of a body which is moving with constant speed in a circular path is set to be accelerated because:

1.When a
body is said to be accelerated when it change the direction or speed or both. in uniform motion as its direction is constantly changing.

2.The body is said to be accelerated. the body is moving with a constant speed and not velocity.

3.In regards to angular velocity, the velocity would be constant.

4.The magnitude and direction would remain the same.
