AS WE KNOW...That inward force results in an inward acceleration which continually changes the velocity of the ball by changing it's direction. ... A body moving in circular motion is moving at constant speed, but is constantly changing in direction. Therefore it is accelerating.....

first of all acceleration is also considered when velocity is changing.
in circular motion the speed of the body is constantly changing at every point you can recognise that why drawing a circle and try to draw various tangents at every point
