3 x 7 x (2 x 5 x 8 + 4 ) as both 3 and 7 are common..

Also composite numbers are integers which have factors apart from 1 and the numbers itself.

As we can see 3 and 7 will definitely be factors of the number formed, thus we can say that the number is composite
