Answer:caribou and wolves decrease and increase population because when there are huge numbers of caribou the wolves(predators) have more to feast on which decreases the population of caribou(prey) and increase the population of wolves as they get more food and give birth to more offspring.When the caribou eventually almost die out the wolves starve which give the caribou to reproduce more.
