Answer:

As Planets can be considered as a collection of a large number of point-size sources of light, Planets do not twinkle because they appear larger in size than the stars as they are relatively closer to earth. ... Hence, the twinkling effects of the planets are nullified and they do not twinkle.

Answer:

Planets are too much large as compared to stars and because of there large the bull effect is zero.

While star are at large distance as compared to planets we show them twinkling but in actual they are not twinkling it's an illusion because light is coming from long distance so while passing from atmosphere it reflect too much and we saw it twinkling.

Thank U.
