Explain why the reaction of sodium metal with hydrochloric acid is highly explosive and also tell the reason why silver metal does not show any change on reaction with dilute hydrochloric acid

Answer: No change takes place because silver metal categorized as noble metal and does not react with hydrochloric acid in normal situations
