Ordinarily, urine contains no glucosebecause the kidneys are able to reabsorb all of the filtered glucose from the tubular fluid back into the bloodstream. Glycosuria is nearly always caused by elevated blood glucose levels, most commonly due to untreated diabetes mellitus.

Glucose and water are reabsorbed by the henle's loop present in the nephron

so there won't be any glucose in urine. But if glucose is present in urine, then it results in a condition called glycosuria which could be a symptom of type 2 diabetes.
