explain why though both paper and plane mirror reflect the light only image is formed by mirror why? in 8 points

Even though a plane mirror and a sheet of paper reflect light ,we can see our image in the mirror and not the paper as the mirror has a smooth,polished,reflective surface which is able to reflect the light rays according to the law of reflection . Contrastingly , a paper sheet has a rough surface which is uneven . So when light rays hit it's surface , they get reflected back unevenly. That is why we can see our image in a plane mirror but not in a sheet of paper.
