Tornadoes destroy buildings in their path,  because the winds in the tornadoes a moving at very high speeds, and would therefore unroot the houses from their places due to the impact of the winds against the house.

Tornadoes is a type of storm that has very high energy wind. Due to this high energy wind it can destroy buildings in their path.

Explanation:

The high speed of the wind in the tornadoes can even uprooted the houses and buildings from their places. Hence, because of impact of high speed wind, tornadoes often destroy the building or houses which come along the way to wind as the speed is very high it is not possible to stop the tornadoes.
