Explain why two magnetic field lines do not intersect each other?

if magnetic field lines intersect each other then the magnetic field will have two different directions at the point .This is not possible .so they don't intersect

Reason –

The two magnetic field lines do not intersect each other because if they do it means at the point of intersecting the compass needle is showing two different directions which are not possible.
