Explain why visible light can not used for studying crystal structure?​

To study the crystal structure we need a special tool, which could able to tell us the atomic arrangement of the crystal. ... For diffraction the wavelength of light used should be matches with the inter atomic distance. So we cannot use the visible light as its wavelength is 400 nm to 700 nm
