Explain why water comes more slower than upstair's tap than from the similar tap downwards

it is because of the pressure exerted by the water. As the depth of water increases the pressure also increases water tanks are kept on the top of the building the distance between the tank and the upstairs tap is lesser than the distance between the tank and the downstairs tapso water comes out with more force in the downstairs tap than from the upstairs one.
