Explain why , water comes out more slowly from an upstairs tap than from a similar tap downwards.

If your water tank is on the roof of the house, then water coming down the connection pipe is running down like a waterfall so that's on a great speed so it comes with great speed whereas im upstairs tap, it cannot gather that much speed.
