We can't feel the atmospheric pressure because our body is full of air also .The pressure inside lungs, blood vessels and several organs have the same pressure from inside as the atmospheric pressure is applied on our body from outside.
This can be verified by the fact that when we go at some height the atmospheric pressure decreases and a pressure difference is created between surrounding and inside body. Our body can maintain the pressure difference upto a level but when it is quite high like at high mountains the blood comes out through out nostrils as it is universal law that anything would flow from high region to low region same alike the blood comes out from high pressure region(inside body at 1 atm) to low pressure region(surrounding).
The thing which we should keep in mind is that the above explanation is for at height without safety gears.
Similarly when we go deep inside water without any safety gear the pressure of atmosphere and water sum up together and again a pressure difference is created between body(at low pressure) and surrounding(at high pressure).Again body adjust the pressure difference upto a level but when it is high due to high pressure the blood vessels ruptured and blood doesn't come only through nostrils but also through mouth and ear bcos the ear drums are also damaged and blood from inside body comes through oesophagus and then from mouth and nostrils.
These Two examples clearly shows that the pressure inside body is 1atm. thats why when we are at sea level or not high enough from sea level we won't experience the atmospheric pressure even if its value is quite high.

The pressure inside our body is used to the atmospheric pressure outside and it remains balanced . Therefore we don't feel the pressure.........
