There is constant atmospheric pressure in the environment which is equal to 1atm
When a fast moving object passes through the air, then of course its pressure will be greater than 1atm (it means its pressure is greater than atmospheric pressure). So this makes the air molecules to move fast in that area.
Due to this a person standing near a fast moving car faces wave of air and becomes unstable. This phenomenan can be seen on the platform also when a fast train passes the platform.
